Ah so it did happen... I still have the games as unrevealed keys and no message yet on the page, but it really wouldn't surprise me if the codes were revoked. Saw after I traded with him that he kept offering the same games for a while, all from active bundles, even though he said I had his second last copy of one of them.

Yeah exactly, they probably will. Thankfully I did continue looking for the two games that I got from him after the trade just in case something like this happened so I do still have another copy of both. $2 is a bit too much for me, it's less than $1 on G2A and I've seen other people on steamtrades offer it for 0.5 keys (1 key = $2). Also, with fees $2 wallet would cost me $2.30 instead (15% community market fees).

Going off full retail price isn't really a very good measure, currently they are all on their lowest Steam sale price with Overcooked at almost $6, Nex Machina at $8 and The Talos Principle at $8 as well. I agree that The Talos Principle worth a bit more than those 2 still, but not that much. Like I said, since I already have the game myself it's less of a priority to me as well.
I could still do both of them for The Talos Principle + either Tomb Raider (2013) or Medieval II: Total War if it's a gift link, or feel free to propose something else. :)
