You cannot sell GOG accounts, just like you cannot sell Steam accounts. The user agreement of GOG says, "Don’t share, ‘buy’, ‘sell’, transfer, gift, lend, steal or misappropriate GOG accounts."
Also here the Steamtrades Guideline says, "Trading Steam accounts, or accounts from other gaming services is not allowed if it's forbidden by their terms of service."
