I had recently bought a Batman game but it didn't run in my because of some weird glitches. Should I file a case against and blame Steam/WB now?
The game requires a 64 bit operating system. I think you won't be able to install it if you are running 32 bit. I am not 100% sure cause I've always had a 64 bit system but your problem is obviously software related. If your PC was just old you would have been able to install it but not run it.

Also, in order for a developer to get a key they need to contact Valve. Valve creates those keys so it's not possible for a key to be "not good".
I've contact Steam and the game's developer support. I think they will know what is the problem.
