I have bought a digital copy of this game on shopto.net and got the problem that i can't activate my key due to regional restrictions. I've already wrote Steam support and they can't help me with my problem.
So i am asking kindly if anyone who has a giftable copy or is about to buy this game for himself (and at least doesn't live in germany as well) would gift it to me and use my key instead. I know this may seem fishy but i could provide you with screenshots etc of the purchase or use a trustworthy middleman if you know one.
Help a fellow gamer today :)

I think he can't activate the key because he lives in Germany, so the key is reedemable worldwide except Germany due to their low-violence policy.
