You're not offering a 90% off coupon. For the cost of a TF2 key (lets say $2, and they're actually more like 2.10-2.15) you're offering a roughly 70% off coupon with that price.

.99 for the game at 90% off + $2 for the key.

i don't know, but outside of steamtrades exist people, who buyed the game WarZ ( Infestation: Survivor Stories) and this was/is not really good ;)
