The steam price doesn't reflect its real value.
There only exists one DLC for Bioshock 2, but it's not included.
You can check their prices on g2a which are pretty close to their real value:
Bioshock 1 > Starting at 4,00€ (or G2A selected offer: 4,99€)
Bioshock 2 > Starting at 2,75€ (or G2A selected offer: 3,43€)
Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor GOTY > Starting at 4,25€ (or G2A selected offer: 6,16€)
