You're breaking Steam rules and Steamtrade rules, you're not allowed to sell steam accounts under any circumstances. Stop making these threads everytime they shut down your old one
You're breaking Steam's Terms of Service. So if people report you through Steam, you can lose your account completely.

Actually you can, steam is very strict abput this subject and I have seen the, ban a few friends accounts just for discussing trading their accounts. I suggest that you Don't make these threads if you dont want a steam ban
Attempting to trade it is enough. Steam really don't tolerate account trading (as I've witnessed first hand).

I have a backup steam account with civilization 5 and terraria and terraria I loved so I bought it on this one and civilization I didn't so I didn't rebuy it, so I have no use for it. And I don't want to waste it. Any ideas?
