The pack is priced $74.99 in Costa Rica right now and in United States is worth $99.99, You can get it purchased for free from Steam Costa Rica if you are one of the first 5 people requesting it. By free I mean you will only pay 74.99 through paypal.
After the first 5 people the price will be $79.99.
Paypal account is verified, you may pay an extra fee by paypal or send as a "family or friend" to avoid fees.
Valve Complete Pack is a tradeable gift even if you already own any of the games inside.
If you are interested in just one title, every Valve game is a bit cheaper in Costa Rica.
