I have reputation on SteamTrades and I am able to sell the CD-key for a higher amount.

No one here is going to buy from you while you have 0 reputation. It is an expectation that the person with lower reputation trades their goods first, but for some reason you are expecting someone to trust you with $25 worth of TF2 keys. It isn't going to happen.
