For Hellblade and Assassin's Creed Origins (NA), I say ARMA 3 plus something (mid size?). Is that fair? For DayZ, I think it require a lot.

5 usd difference between tier2-3 and 10 usd between 3-4, I don't think that they would require a lot but they might be pricey than others.
ACO & Division goes around 4 tf2 key each at the least, so...
