i hear ya. i'm not going by how much they are. but how much they will be on sale. flatout collection is higher here as well but when it's on sale it's $2USD cheaper. here is where i get my prices from.

Looks like you are referring to one-time flash sale that lasted only 8 hours and happened during summer sale. I really didn't buy a copy then and keep it for more than half a year. Also after introducing Steam Market we can get games cheaper than normally, so that sale is not anything lower that current -75% sale.
