I'm in the UK so I cant get Payday or metro 2033 from Amazon, but I can buy any $5 game from steam to trade for one or any $10 game for both

Amazon doesn't geolock credit cards when it comes to digital purchases so all you would need to do is set your shipping address to a valid US address.

I recommend Google HQ. Hope this helps.
