Nope people at sourceop selling them for 1.95-2$, keys prices are higher during steam sales(find who sells for 1.9$ with stock and give me a link) and cards worth 0.48$, while 81 rubles is 2.40$.

EDIT: or you wanted to buy it?

Do you need something for the key and the 4 cards?
Uk/Russ traders are selling Dragon Age Origins for 2 keys, so my price should be better. :)
