Well the game is 9,99 € in my region, but that wouldnt be my estimate. Afaik I bought it 3-4 years ago, not exactly sure when. I just played single player, didnt even know there was a multiplayer until recently, so the key should still be working with steam. I would go first if I feel I can trust the other person, since Im not 100% sure the key will work.

Im not sure which way you wanted this to take, but I have torchlight(2nd time its in a magazine here in germany) and streets of rage 3 on the sega genesis here, so Ill have to say no
