Your link is for the summer sale btw, the deal from a few days ago was SR3 and the dlcs for 66% off each there were no franchise pack available so during that specific sale to purchase what is available in the franchise pack you would have paid $42.65 USD (17.59 for the base game and 25.06 for the dlcs)

Also i placed a value of $15 on TL2 as its the average price paid for each copies when purchasing the 4 pack assuming it is the case as it is for most copies currently in trades. Now im not saying im looking to get $40 USD in value for SR3 franchise pack but asking to trade it + another item for TL2 sure sounds like lowball to me.
one would assume traders buy low and sell high later. not everyone buys the four pack. And tl2 is in demand, so the trend is your friend.
