Offer for what? Note BL3 is currently at 30USD and RE3 is at 54USD at G2A. Also, I will have to trade both games together as these are bound to my AMD rewards portal, they are Steam links. I had no idea until I claimed them, so edited the OP. I cannot gift them unfortunately, this is how AMD rewards work according to reddit.
