Why is there Torchlight 2 Pre-Order and Torchlight 2 Pre-Order RUSSIA ? Seems like a restriction to me.

Well, it has different IDs. That's certainly a difference. And I think there's a reason why there's a Russian version and a usual one.

It's a hard FACT that there's a normal and a Russian version of Torchlight 2. And in case the russian one is restricted and you buy it for non-russian people, it might not work for them. It's not MY problem, then it's YOUR problem.
This has nothing to do with my opinion apparently.
Btw, why can't you buy the 4-pack?

And if you don't know about Steam ID anything - it's not MY problem.
I can't buy 4-pack, becouse i have already Torchlight 2 on my account and button "Purchase as Gift" is inactive (if you dunno about this...)
Don't pretend I was stupid. I know about Steam IDs, how Purchase-Buttons work etc. How would I know you already have the game?
The thing that made me suspicious was that there was different Steam IDs for T2 normal and T2 russia. And with the latest happenings concerning restrictions that was my first thought. It seems like you have no idea of Steam IDs.
And if I may add something, originally T2 was not available in Russia at all and there was only one language: English. Later Russian version has been added and now there are two languages: English, Russian.
I would love to get T2 so cheap but I just don't want to end up with some weird version. There has to be something different about them since they've got different appIDs.
Someone needs to get to the bottom of this because I want to know if there is a true difference between a Torchlight 2 (RU) and Torchlight 2 (NA). Otherwise, this is making a mountain of a molehill. Fairly good reputation for two steamtrade users and this quarrel is going back and forth.
i'm telling it few times - i have Torchlight 2 (NA) in my inventory. It doesn't metter, when you open RU container or ROW - you will have the same versions in you inventory (200729)

I don't know, for me different appID means there's something wrong with the game.
I got my copy for $15 from US. I rather pay $1 more than risk getting some weird version. There's plenty of people getting 4 packs on Steam forums, so if you're unsure, just go there.
