No it's not.
Only redeemable on Ubisoft's Uplay. People trade steam/origin/uplay stuff here, would be pointless to create new sites like Origintrades and Uplaytrades :P

Btw, just to let you know
If you have the steam version you also need to register it on Uplay and you'll need to launch it through Uplay anyway
