Is it a DRM free copy? First friend wants 2d games, action/platformer/roguelikes on Steam. Other friend only wants drm-free copies of games only, non-Steam.

Triple checked and saw nothing unfortunately. If some of them were DRM free it might be different but that friend doesn't want Steam copies at all.

anyway i have a question, does he only need drm? i have a unclaimed bundle page that he can claim, tho all the games were already steam redeemed, but i guess he can still claim it to add it in his library including the drms (im not sure if thats how it works).

i have a sunless sea from HB, how much would you buy it for keys?
Once you take the steam key the page also gets linked to your account I believe, So it would only work the other way if he redeemed it first and then sent the user back the keys.
I don't ever offer, I just take prices. But I think the humble bundle keys are region locked now so that might not work. And they gave out the wrong keys to users for Sunless Sea anyway and are revoking them while providing the new ones. So I think there's too many variables to have a safe trade with that title anyway. You might want to wait on that and do some testing with cross regional friends you trust to make sure.

hey there, sorry for the late reply, i tried making a ticket to HB and decided to reply back once i got their answers so it took a long time
I was skeptical with the linked discussion first because,
- it was mostly about codemaster and nothing else (there's the talk at capcom too)
- no post were younger than 2 mos
- no official post from HB that they are implementing region lock
- some dude mentioned he's from asia and was not affected.but thats probably a troll

HB havent reply properly to my ticket yet, its a good nail in the coffin. but no confirmation yet. once i get their message ill let you know and probably post discussion here in SG too.

also many thanks on letting me know the sunless sea issue more. im glad i havent generated a key from the game yet otherwise i have to go through the menial task of making another ticket that will take a many days just to get a reply
No problem. I don't think everything is locked and it may just depend on the publishers, but it's always better to know in advance if there's any risk involved. More so for the AAA titles than indies for sure.
I can ask someone to confirm when they got their replacement keys.. It was just in that time frame that everything was being revoked and fixed (I know they already revoked by now but not if they sent the new keys). Holding onto it saved you an upset customer. :>
Customer Service finally contacted me. and the game is indeed not region locked.
That region lock issue is now definitely for sure only for Capcom Bundle and Codemaster Bundle. Although I dunno if the games purchased from HB store would be the same.

Haha, nice lie. I didn't use SG until recently, so if I was "marked" before, you clearly aren't telling the truth. Not to mention, one of the -reps is clearly just a rager. Anyway, it's your loss I suppose, it's tradable and everything. Too bad.
