There are several reasons to get your account suspended here other than scamming. The most common ones (and often neglected) are :
- Having more than 2 threads open at the same times.
- Trying to sell/trade accounts.

No, he traded gifts and TF2 keys only. I am confident he didn't do anything else, unless he lies to me but he's my good friend so that would not make sense. Support completely ignored his ticket. He doesn't miss any games in library.
You'll have to wait a week or so for support to respond. Has he cancelled his credit cards?
The only idea why he has a ban we came up with is someone traded him a scammed gift or gift with revoked payment. Why punish my friend though? Makes no sense.
I'm asking community here because people know a lot here and are friendly, and support isn't helpful on the matter.
A few days ago my friends' account was SUSPENDED for absolutely no reason
He is not scamming. Some people will say "he's a scammer good scmamer banned" but for the sake of argument let's assume he's not lying. He did some trading, had about ~10 rep and all of a sudden boom account frozen, can't trade or add new games to it - no reason stated.
Is it possible he got a scammed gift of someone in a trade and that got him banned?
Any ideas how to help him get unbanned?
I'm posting this for him, because he can't post on Steamtrades with a trade ban.
He wrote a ticket but no response so far and support rarely unban people, whether guilty or not.
