as a matter of clarification, Mark of the Ninja and Deadlight are of perfectly equal value and were both just $7.50 (50% OFF) last week here on Steam. What you are asking for is an additional 67% ($5, the sale value of Portal 2) on top of that. I don't want the game that much. Additionally, if you add the two numbers together you get $12.50. I literally could go on the Steam store right now and buy Mark of the Ninja for $10 (current 33% OFF sale) if I wanted.
TL,DR - I will just wait for it to go on sale again for at least 50% OFF a few weeks from now for the Steam Winter sale.

Come on man, you know it's worth than that. It didn't win the Community's Choice vote it was in (vs Walking Dead), but that was for 50% off on Steam, which means in all likelihood that will be the maximum discount for any possible sale right now. That puts the game's value at $7.50. Not that I would sell it for that anyway, I would rather just keep it.

Nothing there that I would trade Deadlight for. It's mostly keys for indie bundle games and the Bethesda stuff I already have as well. Honestly, of the items on my wishlist, the only things I would trade Deadlight for is Mark of the Ninja or possibly Miasmata, Skyrim: Dawnguard DLC, or the Witcher 2.
Good luck getting Deadlight for $5 though, I highly doubt anyone would do that. Maybe when it hits 66% off in a future sale.

Honestly, in this case I'm not really looking to sell it, and unless someone offers me a deal that I can't refuse I intend to keep the game for myself as I am very much interested in it. I have listed it just in case there might be an opportunity to trade up to something else that I am equally interested in. That being said, I am not going to even put a number on it because anything that would make sense for me probably would not make sense for you -- you could just buy it cheaper yourself when it goes on sale at 50% off (which it has done recently).
Well, the expected sale price for MW3 has been $30, so something that would be somewhat roughly equal or close to that (in typical sale prices as well). I'm not really seeing anything in your inventory other than guest passes, so you would have to eitherhave some keys for games I'm interested in or be able to offer stuff from the Steam store. Looking at what's on sale right now, the DLCs for Skyrim (Dawnguard + Hearthfire) in addition to Dark Souls would be a fair value in my opinion.
