I want a new steam account because I received a vac begin this year by letting a friend play on my account, it is my fault but now want a new account and want the valve complete pack. I wanna buy it for 25$ ~ $30 because on G2A it is $26. I pay trough PayPal

I only pay directly trough paypal, I do not trade with CSGO keys. Also because after buy they are not trable for 7Days. And I need a key cause the new account cant trade.
