that willing to sell/giveaway or let me play them using Family sharing feature on Steam just let me know.

For Family sharing, I'll let you use teamviewer to access my computer to log in your Steam account by yourself, authorize Library sharing on my computer and log out yourself (I will never know your password let alone Steam guard).

Been playing Cyberpunk 2077 just for 2usd lately so why not, especially there are ridiculous prices for them on gray market.

I know the Russian traders are doing it a lot but there are wars going on that I myself can't reach them.

Yes, but nobody will sent a message to support state that "Hey, I just bought an account to play your banned games legally" or "Hey, I know a guy who just bought an acc just to play your games legally instead of pirating cause said games have been banned on your platform".
But I need to check if this action allow here or not.
