There are 3 sub ids available right now: one for EU http://steamdb.info/sub/45854/ another for the CIS https://steamdb.info/sub/47807/ and one for rest of the world http://steamdb.info/sub/41074/
I have no idea if 41074 sub id will work for EU, but I can get any of these 3 using a glitch. They decreased the price a few days ago but when I buy EU version using the glitch I get same old price. That's why ROW version is 8 TF2 keys and EU is 12.
Edit: Witcher 3 is regionlocked properly now. I can't buy ROW or EU copies anymore.

I have no idea actually. Most likely these packs won't grant you ability to use Steam version of ArcheAge if can't use it right now.

Frankly I have no idea. If you don't own one of these packs it probably may work, but I can't guarantee anything.
It gifts you a steam game specifically for a steam account? I never downloaded the game through steam so that is what I am wondering. I just got a CB3 code couple hours ago. But eventually I would like to get the Archeum pack
It gets you a code to use in Glyph and you have to activate it in it. However, I have no idea if you can use it without Steam.
The Archeum alpha server is separate to the CBE servers. All servers will be wiped prior to launch anyway, so it doesn't matter.
It matters to me because my level 40 and other characters will carry on over to the Open Beta as well. They are not wiping until the headstart begins.
Yes, but you'll only have access to beta characters during betas, whereas you'll have access to the alpha server all the time (except during maintenance/patch/whatever else).
Applying the code to the account you have been playing in the betas means that you no longer need to hunt for keys to guarantee beta access and you'll also keep playing on the same characters (unless you apply the Archeum code to a different trion account so don't do that).
I'd like to get an Archeum pack if at all possible. 80 dollars sounds more than reasonable.

Q: Are your games region-free?
A: Few games (usually AAA titles with huge marketing budgets) have regional and/or language restrictions. You can check whether a game is regionlocked or not by adding ?cc=ru at the end of its Steam Store page's URL: http://store.steampowered.com/app/49520?cc=ru and by comparing sub ids (hover your mouse over Add to Cart button to see them) in Russian and other regions. If they are different the game most likely is regionlocked. Also sub ids may be same, but the game may be locked using AllowCrossRegionTradingAndGifting tag set like here http://steamdb.info/sub/36077/. I can purchase region-free copies of some regionlocked games but glitch I use to do it is fixed for few games. The situation with regionlocks may be quite complicated but I know what I'm doing. Before trading anything I always make sure my games are region-free.
Q: Where can I get TF2 keys?
A: Steam Community Market (http://steamcommunity.com/market/) is probably the easiest way to get Team Fortress 2 Mann Co. Supply Crate Keys. Sometimes in some regions it's cheaper to buy them from the Mann Co. Store. Looking for a key trader on TF2Outpost and paying for keys using PayPal is a little riskier, but this way you can get keys much cheaper — around $2 per key. I also accept CS:GO Case Keys, you can buy them from the Market or find a key trader on TF2Outpost.com.
Q: Can I get a discount if I buy in bulk from you?
A: I can't make any discounts since my prices are already really low and I can't go lower.

A: I've got some. First of all my SteamRep is clean. I have >300 positive comments on SteamTrades.com, some of them mention PayPal trades. I made more than 4500 trades and more than 40 000 Market transactions. I have purple flair (50 confirmed trades) on /r/SteamGameSwap subreddit (here is example of my post where you can see my flair) and my Reddit account is quite old and has a lot of karma. I have more than 650 games and level higher than 70 on Steam and I use confirmed PayPal account. [My TF2 backpack has maximum number of slots (2000)]((http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198056551812). Finally, my domain name cost me more than $100 (more than 10 years of registration, .com costs at least $10 per year), so I'm definitely not going to scam you for some $20 game — steamrep.com makes your first scam your last since you get tagged as a scammer if you get reported.

A: Buyer (you) goes first and pays fees, buyer sends it as a gift or as payment to Family and Friends. Please also make sure you send USD, not AUD, or anything else and double check e-mail you enter.
