I just have a question. Why trade keys first? I mean, Steam has a perfectly functional trading tool built right into Steam. Why would I hypothetically have to give my key first when we could just do it at the same time?
Your mistaking in-game keys (items) with Steam activation keys, which are text codes that you activate yourself as plain text. This is what I am referring to. There is no way to trade text based activation keys with the Steam Trading system at the same time as either user could cancel the trade window after the key as been entered.
