It's a NVIDIA promotional key (inside a high-end VGA), not the steam key itself. You can go to NVIDIA site yourself, enter your own e-mail and your country, and get the steam key in your e-mail, or if you like I can do it for you and give you the steam key.
I'm mostly looking for 15 TF2 or DOTA 2 keys for this game, but you can state any other offers including game offers too (please always state that your game is a gift or a key).
I think the key works in every country, but you can check the Geforce link above and make sure that your country exists in the list.
If your rep is less than mine, you must go first, and if you have very low rep, we must use Teamviewer (the same program that middle men use in key trading) to activate the key (or maybe you'll give me your e-mail and I'll enter it in NVIDIA site and you'll get the key in your mail). :)
