Here's the chat log and here's his steam rep he's not banned or anything whenever i try adding him I'm blocked so did i get scammed

The account creation date would give me major pause before even considering going first...some scammers will make a couple positive cheap trades before going for a bigger prize. I hope you did not lose anything valuable in the trade.

mark of the ninja & borderlands goty steam key but they have not been used so that's why i'm not sure

If he hasn't used them, he is extra greedy. Give the keys to friends.

If the dude blocked you after getting keys, he is definitely a scammer.

Yup, he is too new to use the trade function, and I am not sure if he can even gift it. Did you see that he had Sleeping Dogs in his inventory?

Well, if he didn't use them for himself, my suggestion is to give those keys to a friend so maybe they can be activated by someone you know before this scammer retrades them. (I will volunteer to test the mark of the ninja key lol).

Unless he used the keys for himself in which case you can just rest easy that he will end up getting pooped on by a bird in the near future to make up for his karma deficit.

I would say trade your keys fast or give to friends. If he didn't use them for himself, then at least he won't have profited. I could give you Anything here for Mark of the Ninja if you want to try to get something out of it.

Make sure you report him on steam rep and shit. He did scam you if he wont send you anything.

if you want to trade me the borderlands key for a toy soldiers key just to ruin his plans

Just to be sure since i already own both these games when i try to redeem them it says product already owned but does that mean there still valid?

It means they're valid, but not necessarily unused. As long as you input a real key for a game, it will give you that same message whether the key is used or unused.

Possibly. I am pretty sure the best way to check is to see if the scammer has those games activated. That would be a hint.

Whoa this just happened to me with the same guy. We were trading for sleepings dogs and he unfriended me before we traded.

Don't go first with recent steam accounts, never. Also, check Steamrep forum for pending ban requests (maybe there is something about him).

He activated the games.

I agree with all above, report and give/trade keys so he doesn't get to use em then he will get reported again when re trading them, serves him right, ;)
