You should not have given a neg rep to him in the first place. I think it's against the rules to give a neg rep just because you don't like someone.
He was scamming people. What do you do when someone scams? You leave neg rep. It was to get people to not purchase those keys from him. They would see the neg rep and see what it was for and then they would see what why I put it.
Only if he scams you. Wasn't he giving the games he promissed? Leave to the people who traded with him to report him.
You can't sell exploited keys. Guess what he was doing? Exploiting keys. So you're saying if you see someone robbing someone you wouldn't do anything and just let that person take care of it themselves? You've got to learn to help others out.
You can try to warn people on the thread, but that's about it. You can't give them neg rep. Besides, exploited keys are pretty common around here. If you start giving bad rep to everyone who is doing it, you will get a lot of bad rep yourself.
I'll wait for someone who can provide some help. And yes you can. There have been many people who are proven scammers and many people converge on their rep page and put neg rep to try to ward off other people, so yea I can do that if they are scamming people. Now I'll wait for someone useful and our conversation is finished.
I'm pretty sure you have to trade with the person to acuse him a scammer. You can't just jump on a band wagon and trash someone's rep just because a friend asked you to, or because you think he's a scammer. And technically, if he delivers his end of the deal, I don't think that's considered a scam (even if imoral).
Hey as you see I have some neg rep. I'd like to explain why it is there and would like to ask how to get it removed. I don't know if many of you but some Uplay games were released for free such as Prince of Persia and Silent hunter 5. I caught someone trying to sell them. I posted on his thread to ward off people from trying to purchase it from him. He then replied on the thread that he bought the keys (Which he was selling for 1 card a piece) and right away closed the thread. I neg repped him explaining what he was doing to try to get people to not purchase from him. He then repped me calling me a scammer when no trades or anything was done. Is there a way to try to removed the neg rep since I don't deserve the neg rep.

You can see the neg rep I gave him and you can ask anyone who pos repped me that I'm not even close to a scammer. There have been people who gave me keys before I was even ready to give them what they wanted and I didn't even think about taking those keys. I am a fair and honest trader and would like to know how to get rid of this undeserved stain.
