Its a Terraria 4 Pack not a single copy .. So here is the deal ..
•I give you Terraria 4-Pack and you give me 3 keys
•You open it , have terraria in library and 3 extra copies in inventory
•You give that 3 copies back and i give 2 keys + 3 ref back ..
You must have bought something from steam store more than 30 days ago otherwise the extra copies will be non tradable for a month .
According to the : " Any account that has made any valid purchase from the Steam Store more than 30 days ago is considered trusted "
