For Russia it is way cheaper and still is not region-locked. If you want to save ~20Euro, you will have to send me 25 paypal Euro and wait for me to receive them. Then, you will get your game. Fair trade, no guarantees.

i asked my trusted RU seller, he says game is RU locked (easy to check for yourself via steamdb.info). dont get scammed by a 0/0 account guys!

Steam doesn't provide any region lock warnings on Store Page for the last 2 months or so. You can clearly see that the game is locked during the payment of the order (checkout). That means that game isn't tradable. Thus, you may close your topic.
