Well, you can convert the GOG code to http://thewitcher.com/en/exchange if they are codes from boxed Limited Edition of both Hearts of Stone and Blood and Wine expansions and not from Amazon.

Ah. Interesting. A pity they didn't do that for the collector's edition itself as I would have preferred to have that on Steam then on GOG (as far as I know this option wasn't available for the collector's edition :().
Hmmm, I'm not entirely sure where it's from. However, I filled in the code and got a steam key back, so apparently it wasn't from Amazon. And now I do have a steam key for it, thanks :)

Hey, thanks for the offer, but no. Crysis Maximum Edition is a steam gift which has never gone below 5 euro (as far as I recall), while I am weapon: Revival was in a indiegala bundle 2 months ago (meaning it is worth about 15-45 cents). Other then that, I already have it.
