As the title says, opening 4 packs changed, now you'll have the gifts stick to your inventory, untradable for 30 days! You can still gift them by email / user id, but only if they don't own the game before.
So before you sell or buy a 4pack, the one who open will have their copies untradable!
Unfortunately, I only knew that after I buy a 4pack opening from a trader, and I was lucky he understood and trusted me.
So don't trade 4packs anymore, unless you're OK with these rules!
