First of all, since I have no reputation here, I will send you my code first. Will of course only trade with someone that does have a good rep.
The code requires activation/verification as described below. I have the hardware to pass the verification, but I'm not totally sure if that would result in tradable keys/not be restricted by hardware anymore.. should be fine, but please do your research if you want me to run the activation. Also note that some games are not yet released, so I wouldn't be able to send the game keys right away.
First steps:

-Sign in or create a new account
-Enter the code
-Run the "Product Verification Tool" during the registration process - a valid video card (AMD Vega 56,Vega 64 or RX 590) is required for proper authentication
-Once you have finished, you will receive the game activation codes

If you did not register on the Steam Portal, follow the steps below.
Download the free Steam installer
Install the Steam installer on your computer
Run Steam Portal, continue with "Activate Product with Steam" and use Steam
Install the game
For Tom Clancy The Division 2, follow these steps:
Step 1: Log in to UPLAY or sign up again and follow the steps.
Step 2: Once you have finished, you will receive the game activation code that you can use on the PC UPLAY portal
Step 3: Install the game
