Since I play the games for me the utmost consideration is how much do I need to spend to get the game so prices on Steam or G2A are important as whether or not a game is bundled or not bundled, how many people on Reddit have it etc. is irrelevant to me playing the game really.
Based on that I am happy to trade PA: Titans and Soma for Fallout 4 GOTY, Doom 2016 and Rise of the Tomb Raider Anniversary (in terms of G2A prices it is $60:$42). Given that you already have SOMA in your library I assume you will be selling it on some grey market site so this would be fair. Feel free to add me on Steam to discuss further as I might be able to get some more games you look for.
As I said I am happy to negotiate.
However, I don't trade for reselling or retrading. For example I am happy to do PA for Fallout 4 GOTY provided you activate the game directly on your account (I will do the same).

That depends I think. I prefer to trade games 1:1 for playing, and in that case I am not too fussed about the value.
Also, I normally do not trade games to people if they already own them as I then must make the assumption they want to sell it (I am not saying you are but I think you understand the confusion there)
PA: A is expensive on Steam and on the reselling sites plus it is low on stock there.
It would probably help if I understood how you arrived at your initial 2:1 suggestion, especially since it seems you do not do 1:1 trades at all (or rarely). What would you trade for Fallout 4 GOTY 1:1 or for Rise of the Tomb Raider?
I do 1:1 trades all time, but I believe I can get more than PA: TITANS for either Fallout 4 GOTY or Rise of the Tomb Raider. So, best I could offer at the moment would be Fallout 4 - base game for PA: TITANS.
