Completely Overkill Pack was release in February 2015.
Humble Mask Pack was released as part of the Humble Bundle "E3 Digital ticket" in 2014.
Humble Mask Pack #2 was released as part of the "Humble Halloweekly Bundle" in 2014.
Humble Mask Pack #3 was released as part of the "E3 Digital ticket" in 2015.
Humble Mask Pack #4 was released as part of the extended "E3 Digital ticket" in 2015.

None of these DLC's are available officially any longer and amount that aren't redeemed has been dwindling and decreasing since their release making them in extremely low supply and high demand.
