The humble store takes amazon payments for all but 2 games, I believe. And yes, you can use an amazon gift card to fund an amazon payments transaction it says so right on their FAQ.

No, I contacted their customer service about this and they assured me that an Amazon gift card balance can only be used on items on Amazon.com. It can't be used through Amazon Payments on third party sites. When I try to purchase something via Amazon Payments on Humble Bundle, it prompts me to use a creditcard. Nothing about my giftcard balance.

Yeah. I added it to my account thinking I could use AmazonPayments to purchase from the Humble Bundle store. Turns out Amazon only want you to buy shit with it on their website. Because... ... ...reasons?
