Just trying to help. Steam store prices are meaningless since sales and bundles devalue stuff a lot. Luckily though both the game you have and the game you want where both bundled numerous times so they are indeed of roughly equal value. But they are neither worth 10 bucks.
I suggest you look into getting Enhanced Steam plugin for your browser. It details sales , bundles and such. With prices and dates of release.
Both those games where in Tier 1 bundles so they are worth around .50 cents in Value.
