Damn, I would love to do this, I thought RU region was locked, but I don't think this game is anymore, well for that region anyway. I paid $5 USD each from the US Steam store (guaranteed region free), had I known RU copies were not locked I would have grabbed those instead and could easily offer you $3.25ish per copy, sadly I did not do my research thoroughly here so now I am paying for it, literally haha.
Edit: Hmm, after checking Steam Prices, Ukraine has cheapest price of $3.24, most are $5 or higher, RU is about $4, so not as big a difference as I thought.
It's one of the only one that i have to ask you your offer since its the only one that i really wanna activate it (its never, or allmost, in sale so...). If your offer is good enough, i might accept, not sure ^^
