i wanna buy payday 2 but first i wanna know what are the differences between the preorder copy and the normal one and the differences also between row and CE editions

preorder has extra items and DLC for free. normal edition does not. ROW is rest of world, means region free. CE is collectors edition which they do not sale anymore, was only for preorders
