This happened to me a week ago. I filed a support ticket with Steamgifts right after and I still have not got a reply. I'm thinking about just giving that asshole negative rep.
so there is probably no chance of it being removed thats probably messed my steam trades up now :/
Steamgifts & steamtrades have been offline though. You might still hear something about it. Then again i have none experience with support over here so i couldn't tell for sure.
well I sent the support ticket over a week ago, the sites were only down past few days. I left a comment in the impersonator thread here like dayle did. that might go quicker
ok sorry for the slow reply but i added the guy and said i'll remove my negative rep of you if you remove it of me and that worked steam didnt respond to me they are useless in situations like this.
Fingers crossed then. Although i like the rep system and though playing judge is not always an easy thing to do i think support really should handle situations like these.. Anyways, you have another bump ;)
thanks man. I've left them another message on my support ticket because now I have 3 negative reps from 3 people I never traded with. This 2nd person seems to have gotten a scammer friend of his to leave me false negative rep.
can someone tell me how and if i can remove this rep because ppl wont trust me
