I blacklist traders that do it on my threads, and refuse to trade with them after.
This is why I screenshot my thread / posts as they come in.
Takes a few extra seconds, and I keep an excel with the name, heh.

you wouldn't find DBD with some newbies
only higher rep traders that trade for profit can have it because it was in tier 3, so it is not very common
if the guy removed his offer, nothing wrong, he might not interested anymore
If you want only DBD and value your games higher, it is better to remove the high value games from your have list

It is his thread, and I was not trying to start a debate, and I totally agree with the removing games he isn't actually going to trade for it. Everything else I'd have to disagree. If a trader is "no longer interested" they should communicate that to the OP, either on steam or in a follow up post. There are a lot of traders that do that a LOT, and I find it suspect when it is a trade-for-profit reseller.
Anyway... There are a lot of traders with the game he wants, so I hope he finds it.
