You might want to check that. The AMD key you're trading away registers as WW, which is Worldwide. No reason it won't register in RU/CIS.
But, please, don't take my word for it. Double-check on a forum or something. Might save you some time. :)

I know about it but I want to get "THE BANK HEIST" DLC. Unfortunately the AMD key doesn't include this DLC. :(

There's a good chance the Bank Heist will be available as DLC to buy after release. They did the same thing with the Tomb of the Lost Adventurer Tomb Raider DLC. Buy I get you want to make sure you have it. :)
