So if I wanted Door Kickers it would be 5 keys. Couldn't I just sell the 5 keys myself and buy the game? No offense buy why do I need to go through you if the price isn't any cheaper?
There are regions where the game will be more expensive than the US price. Also, many people buy keys from sources other than the market or the in game store at a discount which saves them money too.

I have access to the US Steam store which sells ROW (non-region locked)games. I can buy almost any game on demand in exchange for keys.
Pricing is based off market value of keys after taxes. Example (in USD):
Keys sell on the market for $2.30 which is $2 after Steam Tax. Divide the price of the game you want by 2 and that will be the price in keys.
