Just having the game launched is enough :) The cards you get is random, doesn't matter whatever you do ingame, that doesn't effect the card you get.
Just spend some time on the game, I earned my 3 within about 30 minutes of play. Unfortunately you can only get 3 a week though, I THINK the drops reset every Thursday like TF2
