Right. I'm trying to get the Russians (to whom RE5 is unavailable) to open their highly discounted wallets. Of course I'm open to other offers, but I'm trading this game at a premium on the presumption of scarcity and regional unavailability. If someone doesn't like it, they can move right along.

I'll pass with an explanation because this looks like an offer made in good faith. I'm mainly balling for a premium offer from someone in whose country RE5 is unavailable but who has access to cheap Steam store, e.g. the Russians. Barring that a good exchange for other regionally unavailable or pulled games may also be possible. Your bundle, while quite nice, is actually very cheap in RU and available everywhere. I think I can do better.
You can sort of see how it shakes out by comparing TF2 key prices for those games. Anything cheap in RU typically has a low key price, while anything that isn't discounted or unavailable there fetches much more.
