I think with this specific NVIDIA promotion, as long as you have the card installed, you should be able to activate the NVIDIA key which will give you a key for the Epic Games Store. That way, anyone would be able to claim the code and not just people who own one of those specific GPUs.
I was wondering if you might be interested in exchanging the Epic key (meaning you'd do the NVIDIA activation) in exchange for wishlist games? I could offer a 1:1 exchange for The Callisto Protocol, or a 2:1 exchange for two of Rogue Legacy 2, SCP 5K, Remnant: From the Ashes Complete Edition, and V Rising.

Hello, just bought a new PC with a 4070 Nvidia GPU, not interested at all in the game, offered it for free to a friend but it didnt seem to work because you apparently need to have one of these exact GPUs aswell, you probably know better than me, found this forum just now through this same offer earlier :
