Is the "Digital Deluxe" version of AC4: Black Flag the same as the "Gold Edition"?

Is this a ROW copy of the game, or a Russian version, etc....?

Are these giftable Steam ROW versions, or Uplay keys?

are Russian versions, but it goes without saying games are region free so all languages are supported, I can send you the game either by steam or of wanting an email to your liking
Hi I have a question if you could answer please I have looked around but cant find a straight answer I have read that the the black flag pre order its tagged as RU+CIS so this means it will most likely be region locked upon release correct if activated before the release will I still be able to play it.

means that at the time of release will not be available for some countries, percioè the CIS, this means that if you take the game on preorder if after being blocked, it can play, if that were to happen, but so the same was repeated with other AC and I think it's unlikely that those are region free and this not, in any cas when you buy it you can safely play in preorder
