I agree 100%. I had some guy and his scammer friend leave me 2 negative feedbacks today after HE tried to scam ME. It's insane :(

Ok so i have seen many honest traders with Negative Reputation from Scammers and LowBallers.
I think that in order to someone submit a Neg Rep the person would need to:
That is it! If someone posts proof than they should be allowed to give someone -rep, if the Admin could implement a System where all negative reputations needed to be reviewed by someone(Support, or something similar) SteamTrades rep system would be much more fair!
The Admin is the one who makes the decisions, If there are a low number of negative reps per day this could be done easily by Support.
If not, then hire someone who you or the Support team trust.
This is MY opinion/suggestion. I would like to see this happen.
BTW It would be nice if we could find a link to the person SteamRep on the UserProfile(but this is just an "extra").
