Possible Scammer!

The deal was Saints Row: The Third Full Package key for Dead Space 1 and 2 keys. First he friended me without making an offer here or on CAG. He said that he had no rep on here and wouldn't link me to his profile here, pointing me to his steam profile. There were three +reps there, what tipped me off was they were all on the same day and two were within one minute of each other as well as the +reps coming from people on his friends list. Feeling uncomfortable about this, I linked him my CAG profile (http://www.cheapassgamer.com/forums/member.php?u=355424) which had 4 +reps and pointed him to this which has 1 +rep. Due to my having more rep and all his rep being on his profile, from people on his friends list and all being posted within a short span of time as well as the games being keys I asked him to go first. He refused saying something along the lines of, "Only steam profile rep counts so you should go first." I then called off the deal and defriended him. While he may NOT be a scammer, it was too fishy for me and I feel it is necessary to notify you guys about him just in case. I'm not saying don't trade with him, just be wary. Anyways onto the offers!

Today he tried again under a different name, Second in Command. This time he wanted my SR3 Full Package key for Kingdoms of Amalur. I agreed, thinking that he was just someone who had stumbled across my post on here or on CAG and wanted to trade. All was fine until I asked him for his Steam Trades of CAG profile. He directed me here: http://www.steamtrades.com/user/Hrgacro. I recognised the hrga as that was a name he had traded under previously on steam. I checked his steam profile and sure enough his last steam name was Useless Things, the same name of the person who I'd found suspicious the day before. Here's a log of our chat today (Sorry, I didn't save yesterdays.)
