I actually feel noob and bad for asking this, I have tried to google it but it's damn hard, also I guess "Ref" meant Refined Metal but that does not excist on Market. So what does 'Ref' mean? I just figured out ToD means Tour of Duty-ticket. :p

Yes, "ref" is refined metal, but you can't find it on market, it's not marketable item. But I can accept 1 ToD ticket for Syberia.
